Chaining errors from spawned threads.

Loving error-chain, thank you. Recently I wanted to chain errors returned by a thread. I ran into some difficulty and ended up with a solution.

Not sure if you would want to incorporate something like that into error-chain or not, but I thought I'd ask. It's useful knowing why your threads crash as they can be a bit more difficult to debug.
