[Idea]: Add option to use Celsius instead of Fahrenheit

Hello,

I would l like to use RunCat365, but the info about temperature are showed in fahrenheit and I'm european...

Would it be possible to add celsius as well?

Reason for the request

I'm european and can't read fahrenheit and I think all the europeans would benefit from this.
