[Bug]: Fails to install on any drive except the C drive.

Describe the bug

As the title says.
This issue has been reported in Microsoft Store reviews.

How to reproduce

1. Specify a drive other than C when installing through the Microsoft Store.

Expected behavior

The installation should succeed regardless of which drive is selected.
