Milton Hilton § 06: the one-stop technology shop — hands-on install

Rewrite the Role section to make explicit that we installed the system
ourselves, not just designed it. Cameras, network cabling, WiFi, servers,
switching, UPSs — all installed by us and our crew. Plumbers did the
piping; electricians did the line voltage; we did everything else.
