Unable to extract psarc_s from Infamous 1 and Infamous 2.

This tool is unable to extract the psarc files which are named ".psarc_s" for Infamous, I opened up the file in HXD and found this which I hope is helpful.
"PSAR zlib"
The file inside should be in a .xpp format.
