Downloader Broken with New Steam Workshop

Okay, no kidding, then you can just take the link to the mod from a normal browser and paste it into rimpy and you can download the mod.

The issue with this exe is that RimPy currently uses an older Qt/Chromium, so without the source files, you cannot update the exe to a modern Qt/Chromium version.
