[feature] Default settings of request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Users can ONLY manually disable some settings after request created. For me, that settings is 'Reqable ID' and 'SSL cert verification'

Add a global setting that controls the default behavior of requests.

Apply settings changes to collection, folder or selected items, where possible. (Additional feature request, not alternatives)
