There is a reference to "Open Question #4" but there are only 2 open questions. Unclear what this refers to and how it is resolved.

Unclear what the "Open Question #2" refers to. Question 2 is about the maximum SPI clock rate, Q1 about a git issue.

The different order and nibbles between v3 gated and v4 gated makes it difficult to remember. Maybe match / align v3 and v4 where possible?
