Small test pattern with single bars

Generate new patterns for Peter that are not gratings but have something like an individual bar.

• Make them 2 rows high and 12 columns wide.
• Greyscale 4-bit.
• Small pattern with few frames. Perhaps, all greyscale frame, then frame with a single bar, then all greyscale, then a frame with a single bar at 180 degrees from the bar in frame 2.

Ideally, convert the .pat file to a binary format that can be read in in python.

Sorry for the delay in generating this, but I have added a new MATLAB pattern (unfortunately not in a binary pythonn ready format yet) to my branch on the repo here. It's pattern 0005.

The pattern was made for a 12 x 2 arena and is 4-bit. It contains 3 frames, the first is a greyscale uniform background of intensity level 6. The second frame has a 10 pixel wide vertical bar (intensity 0) starting from pixel 1 (background intensity 6). The third frame has the same size dark bar at 180 degrees from the bar in frame 2. The bar in frame 3 starts at pixel 97.
