Create a full protocol for G4 that uses the features from #44 and might actually be useful to run with flies.

Longer protocols have been made with both 1-bit and 4-bit and for 2/3 row arenas.

The protocol consists of:

• 3s with all panels ON

Then a core section which is repeated 10 time:

• 10s 60deg gratings moving in one direction, then 10s moving the other direction.
• 20s all OFF
• 10s 30deg gratings moving in one direction, then 10s moving the other direction.
• 20s all OFF
• 10s 15deg gratings moving in one direction, then 10s moving the other direction.
• 20s all OFF

Then:

• 3s with all panels ON
