The module does not work

I installed the module, turned it on as described in the instructions, and decided to test its operation by installing applications from different sources. Result:

1. installation of Instagram from Google Play was not blocked by the module
2. installation of Instagram from Aurora Store was not blocked by the module(using installer system package installer and AppManager package installer)
3. installation of NerdCalci from F-Droid was not blocked by the module(using installer system package installer and AppManager package installer)
