Few inconsistencies about The graph database documentation.

Also, https://beta.reactome.org/documentation/dev/graph-database is missing some modules and buttons etc. The formatting looks very different.
One of the content links at the bottom of the page has a link that goes to a tutorial to extract participating molecules using the graph database,
which shows page not found, even though this page does exist and is right here: https://beta.reactome.org/documentation/dev/graph-database/extract-participating-molecules -- this error makes me feel insane, but I found this happening in a few places.
