maybe bug in ZDR and model variant

I have ZDR set as required in OpenRouter. I also have ZDR specified as required in the settings of this pipe. It works fine, the standard DeepSeek V4 Flash works. However, as soon as I set the nitro variant in the models and use that model:

I get this error:

Is this a bug, or a configuration problem on my side?

Confirmed as a bug — thanks for the clear report. The pipe's ZDR check compared the full variant id (deepseek/deepseek-v4-flash:nitro) against OpenRouter's ZDR endpoint list, which only ever contains base model ids — so every :nitro-style variant of a ZDR-capable model was rejected even though its routing is identical to the base. Fixed in v2.7.1: enforcement now checks the variant's base model, and every admitted request still carries provider.zdr: true, so OpenRouter itself guarantees only zero-retention endpoints serve it (your account-level ZDR adds a second layer on top). Your configuration was correct all along.

We'll cut a release with this fix shortly.
