HI,
Thank you for the prompt reply and attending my issue,
have radxa Zero3W and ther PCB version is V1.12 ,
the schematics is available but there are no designaort printed on the
board by which we could confirm the right component,
ther damages components are placed exactly on the right side of the TF
card, near the 40 pin GPIO header
if the board is placed in a why that the TF card is on top the CSI camera
connector in bottem and the 40 pin header on the right side of the board,
i am looking for the componentes places between the TF card and the Header,
2 Cap on the top
one tiny resistor placed vertical,
a transistor below them again 3 CAP placed and 2 tiny resistor near the
header ,
I have attached images which will help you to identify the components

Hi, sorry to hear about the damage. The component values around the TF
(microSD) card are all published in the official schematic PDFs on the Zero
3 download page:
- ZERO 3W V1.11 schematic:
https://dl.radxa.com/zero3/docs/hw/3w/radxa_zero_3w_v1110_schematic.pdf
- ZERO 3W V1.12 (AIC8800 version):
https://dl.radxa.com/zero3/docs/hw/3w/radxa_zero_3w_v1.12_schematic.pdf
- ZERO 3E V1.2 schematic:
https://dl.radxa.com/zero3/docs/hw/3e/radxa_zero_3e_v1200_schematic.pdf
Look for the "MicroSD Card" sheet. On ZERO 3W V1.11 (sheet 16) and ZERO 3E
V1.2 (sheet 19), the parts near the TF connector are:
- Series resistor on the VCC3V3_SYS feed: R90723 = 0R
- Decoupling capacitor: C227 = 100nF / 10V
- ESD protection arrays on SDMMC0 data/CLK/CMD lines: D13-D19 =
BTR04G02
- Card detect: on 3W, Q3 = MMBT3904M with R137 = 10K and R138 = 10K
(R90731 = NC); on 3E, R137 = 0R on the DET line
- TF connector: 3W = TFP09-2-12B, 3E = HYCW104-TF08-375B
Please confirm whether you have a ZERO 3W or 3E (and the PCB revision
printed on the board), then use the matching schematic. The component
placement maps in the same download section can help you identify the exact
reference designators of the parts you desoldered. If you tell us which
board and which component(s) were affected, we can double-check the values
for you.

HI Team,
thank you for the Detailed Explaination,
I have received the ZIP for Placement Diagram can you help me with BOM of
board Revision V1.12.

Hi Tejas,
Thank you for your patience. Based on our official board records, here is
the board version change record for Radxa Zero 3W (RS107). We hope this
helps you cross-check the hardware documents (schematic / placement / BOM)
you have against your V1.12 board.
Radxa Zero 3W (RS107) — Board Version Change Record
Component supplier / part-number details are intentionally omitted; this
record lists only the recorded differences between board revisions.
V1.11 (2023-09)
- R119: value changed from 100 Ω to 22 Ω (package 0201, footprint
unchanged).
- Board silkscreen / version marking updated to "Zero 3W V1.11".
V1.111 (2023-10)
- 1U1 (RF switch): an additional approved alternate component option
was added to the BOM. Footprint and pinout unchanged.
V1.12 (2023-11)
Board configuration (board-ID) strap resistors corrected:
- R27: 51 kΩ → 100 kΩ
- R29: 51 kΩ → 20 kΩ
- R28: 10 kΩ → 18 kΩ
- R30: not populated (NC) → 36 kΩ
- R90728: not populated (NC) → 0 Ω
V1.12 (2023-12)
- Tolerance of R27 / R28 / R29 / R30 / R90728 updated to ±1 %.
What this means for your repair
- Per the official change records, the differences between V1.11 and
V1.12 are limited to the items listed above. All other designators keep the
same value and footprint across these revisions.
- In particular, the components you identified for repair (Q8, C320,
C19, R67) were *not* changed between V1.11 and V1.12. Their placement
and footprints are identical on both revisions, so the V1.11 placement
diagram (radxa_zero_3w_v1110_smb.zip) and the V1.11 schematic can be used
as the reference for a V1.12 board.
- For the exact value / rating of each component, please verify
against the official BOM / schematic of your board revision before ordering.
Best regards,
Radxa Support
