Steps to Reproduce
- There is no specific sequence on how to replicate this error. We're just not getting the description why the task fails. We do not understand this and we would appreciate it if you could guide us on how to solve it or what is happening.

In parallel, we raised a ticket in Qlik Cloud. Description I attach here

How are you?
We need your support, an important client for us is having problems reloading its applications. When reviewing the "Reload Analyzer" app, it is not providing the description or reason for the failures of some tasks. Our client needs to know the reasons why these recharges are failing to take action.
Please your help.
Attached to the ticket, an excel exported from Qlik that has the APP ID, Reload ID and other columns.
