When connecting a Prime Hub to an Android device by USB, the hub may stay completely off and show no response.

So when a user cannot find their USB serial or DFU device, we can include some extra text to the information toast for Android:
On some Android devices, USB connections are disabled by default. Go to Settings -> Security and privacy -> Automatic Blocker, disable Automatic Blocker and restart your device.
