Subject: [PATCH] feat: Profullstack webring links in the footer

The landing page setup.sh writes now ends its footer with the Profullstack
OpenWebring links (from=https://${DOMAIN}/), and setup.sh also writes
/.well-known/openwebring.json into the site root.
