Trial factoring with modified gpuowl TF branch

This is a TF-only modification of gpuowl TF branch (version 4.7-mod), it is rudimentary but works.

1. It works only with TF tasks, thus you must request only TF work via primenet.py
2. It writes the final output string exactly as mfakto does, and results can be returned to Primenet using teknohog primetools mfloop.py (https://github.com/teknohog/primetools)
3. I have tested it and Primenet server accepts the results.

The modification concerns only the file Result.cpp , which is attached here with an extra .txt extension.

N.B.: to install this file you must clone the gpuowl TF branch: git clone --branch TF https://github.com/preda/gpuowl TF and then replace the file Result.cpp with the file attached above (rename removing the .txt extension), then recompile (you may need to modify the Makefile to work with ROCm 4.2.0 and g++ > 8).

ALERT: Primenet accepts results from this version of TF gpuowl only if no factor is found. If a factor is found some bug is there and primenet refuses the result.
