500 Internal Server Error when opening config flow

Unable to add integration: RequirementsNotFound for openai==2.45.0

Describe the issue

When trying to add the OpenCode integration, the config flow fails with:

Home Assistant log

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the custom integration.
2. Restart Home Assistant.
3. Click "Add integration".
4. The configuration wizard returns a 500 error.

Please let me know if any additional logs are needed.
