"Getting started" step 2 in the README says Trusted Publishing is enabled in the "Access" tab of the content settings:

In the upcoming version of Connect the "Trusted Publishing" section will be under the "Source" tab alongside the active bundle and runtime versions.
The skill says "Source" already, but the README still says "Access". We should change it with the next release of Connect.
