Chart.yaml does not follow SemVer 2 specification

Helm [Chart.yaml ](https://github.com/pgdogdev/helm/tree/main) does not follow [SemVer 2](https://semver.org/) representation as specified in the official [helm docs](https://helm.sh/docs/chart_best_practices/conventions/#version-numbers).  Current version schema has has a leading v and no patch component.

Expectation: `version: 0.73.0`
