Find a NullPointerException that cause 'Could not load default values'

sometimes open the application, log will record a NullPointerException, and such Exception cause 'Could not load default values'

At the same time, my logcat caught some different errors:
'Access denied finding property "persist.device_config.runtime_native.use_app_image_startup_cache"'
'LoadAppImageStartupCache enabled : 1'
'Fail to acquire dataAnalyzerService...'
These errors seem to be compatibility problems.
