When pressing pop-out on a Capture Window the wrong capture device is selected

Steps to reproduce

1. In a computer with more than one capture cards run Rokdock
2. Open settings and select a capture card
3. Click the "Float capture"
4. Click the "Popout capture window"

Expected behavior

When you pop-out a capture window, the same selected capture card should be displayed.

Actual behavior

Another device is selected and displayed.
