I haven't tried running the PHD tests pointed at Windows specifically in a minute, but I recall that some of the tests just are not happy on Windows. some of them (lspci?) have Linux-isms and I'm not sure if there are reasonable Windows implementations or we should just keep them flagged. but, it'd be nice to just point at a Windows guest and be able to run the whole suite to a reasonable "it's fine" or "it's not fine" out come.
