- Note that there exist journeys in Switzerland and neighboring countries that are not associated with a `Line`. In NeTEx, however, the `ServiceJourney`s corresponding to such journeys must still reference something in `LineRef`. To ensure this, we introduce a placeholder `Line` called "NoLine" for each `Operator` that has journeys without a Line.

Wer ist "we"?

Kann jeder operator selbst in einer Lieferung eine "NoLine" Linie erfinden oder gibt es ein zentrales Verzeichnis mit allen NoLine-Linien pro operator?

Ich finde im Guide keine weitern Infos zum Schlagwort "NoLine".
