Table constraints (PK/unique/FK) aren't in any CSV (no column for them at table, schema, db, or service level), so they can't be reviewed or edited via CSV today.

The Table export CSV contains every field the UI shows for that table, including, Table constraints (primary key, unique, foreign key relationships)
