PERSIST_SAMPLE_PERCENT Option Not available

We have a requirement to turn on PERSIST_SAMPLE_PERCENT = ON , but i am not able to find this in Index Optimize Solutions. I even downloaded the latest version of maintenance solution but it's missing in it too.

Please suggest.

Do that include anything different than @StatisticsResample = Y? And there is already a similar request where there haven't been any answers yet.
