Broken link to data file

The link in the file download_datasets.sh is broken - here is the link:

still wrong, and http://spidey.ccbr.utoronto.ca/~okraus/pretrained_DeepLoc.zip also 404.

Sorry for the delayed response. Can you try again? It's working for me now. The disk crashed and we just recovered the links.
