nuxt ui template already set the package manager

The nuxt ui template has been set to pnpm before choose the package manager.

@benjamincanac do you think we could switch to https://github.com/nuxt/starter/tree/ui instead which is package manager agnostic (and make any updates to align with https://github.com/nuxt-ui-templates/starter if needed)?
