Style native show password text field icons

Browsers like edge and safari render a show password toggle in a nimble text field type password but they are not styled as nimble theme aware:

Applications like SystemLink login workaround by injecting styles into the shadow root to provide styles.

Nimble provides theme aware styling for those show password icons
