Subject: [PATCH] docs: remove retired community Slack link from published docs

ngrok.com/slack returns a 404. The community Slack was retired in 2024.

docs/ is TypeDoc output published through GitHub Pages, so the dead link is
live on ngrok.github.io/ngrok-javascript. This drops the same list item that
was removed from the README, which is what the next regeneration will produce.
