Need Meeting on consistent names (aka choose what names we want)

Seem to have differing naming conventions on _id / bill_id
get_item / get_item_by_id
get_items / get_account_items

Okay so we've decide on singular names for the requests file aka

billRequest.py and the class BillRequest
atmRequest.py and the class ATMRequest rather than

atmRequests.py and ATMRequests
