Subject: [PATCH] chore: group dependabot dependency updates

Bundle cargo dependency updates into grouped PRs instead of one PR per
package:

- ckb-stack: all ckb-* crates. These are released in lockstep and share
  schemars/JsonSchema wiring, so they must move together; a PR bumping a
  single ckb-* crate does not compile on its own.
- rust-dependencies: all remaining crates, in one PR.

Replaces ~10 individual weekly PRs with two grouped ones.
