investigate trailing space in assignment name if number is blank

Guessing the trailing spaces should actually be removed, but, should probably investigate if that's true. Noticed during testing for published API compliance - notice trailing spaces on a15, b15 (number is blank)

During addAssignment, title is computed as letter-space-number - or more precisely, space-join of the list elements of letter and then number if it exists. This gets rid of trailing space, but this is only the case for addAssignment. Assignments created by other means could have a trailing space. So - is it important to actively get rid of that space? Probably not - if it was, we would be seeing other issues.

So - probably best to leave things as-is - but since this is only a question, may as well leave it open since it's not yet completely answered.
