Subject: [PATCH] Add SnapAPI MCP server to third-party servers list

SnapAPI (https://snapapi.pics) is a developer-first screenshot & scraping API
built on Playwright. The MCP server exposes two tools:
- screenshot: capture any website as an inline image
- scrape: extract web content as clean markdown
