[Bug]: Unable to navigate to solution checker issues reported by Power CAT Tool

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'Installed the Power CAT Tools in my environment. Immediately within 15 mins, it sent an email saying that below are the issues.
2. Open the email '....'
3. Unable to open the link and gives the below error

Click on View Results

Expected behavior
Error should be shown properly
