Describe the bug
When publishing an extension update through Partner Center, an unexpected error appears at the Submit step:
"We came across an unexpected error while trying to process your request. Please try again later"
All submission sections (Packages, Availability, Properties, Privacy, Store listings) are marked as valid/completed (green checkmarks), but the request still fails. Retrying later does not resolve the issue.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Partner Center → Edge extension → Extension overview
- Complete all sections (Packages, Availability, Properties, Privacy, Store listings) — all show as valid
- Go to the "Submit your extension" page
- Click "Publish"
- See error: "We came across an unexpected error while trying to process your request. Please try again later"
Expected behavior
The submission should be accepted and proceed to certification.

- Browser: Microsoft Edge
- Version: 149.0.4022.52 (Official build) (64-bit)

- This is a version-only update; only the extension version was changed. Previous submissions were approved successfully.
- The most recent submission was rejected under policy 1.1.2 (title contained excessive descriptive text). The title has since been updated to "MarkView - Modern Markdown Viewer" to address that feedback.
- All submission sections are marked as valid before clicking Publish, so this appears to be a server-side processing error rather than a content/metadata issue.
