Hi @edwardkuo, can you tell us more about your linux scenario? Are you developing apps for linux, or are you using linux as a development environment and deploying apps to a different environment? |

I want use this tool to create something in Linux, yes i do use Linux and my project is going to be run on Linux. It would be awesome to have this tool work in Linux just like Windows. thank you |

Update: Foundry Local now works on Linux. I tested it end-to-end on Ubuntu 26.04 x64 with the CLI preview release. Install steps (not yet in official docs):
For the Node.js SDK specifically, The .NET SDK ( Tested: phi-4-mini with tool calling, full end-to-end on CPU. |
