Plan Action Dropdown Z-Index Issue

Description

On the Plans page, backup plans are displayed as cards in a mosaic layout.

When opening the “…” (more actions) menu of a plan, the dropdown is incorrectly displayed behind the “…” buttons of other plan cards.

This causes the action buttons from surrounding plans to appear on top of the currently opened dropdown menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Clients.
2. Select any client.
3. Open the Plans section.
4. Locate the plans displayed in the mosaic.
5. Click the “…” button on one of the plans.
6. Observe the opened dropdown menu and the “…” buttons of the surrounding plans.
