Enhancement request: Trigger didUpdateFrameSignClassifications earlier so apps can give drivers info they can react to in a timely fashion

Description

didUpdateFrameSignClassifications delegate method is invoked very late (almost after the sign has gone out of frame)

Goal

it would be much more useful to app developers/end users if the method is invoked as soon as a sign is classified; so we can give drivers some time to react to the detection of a sign. Currently, it's almost too late to produce real time alerts.
