Recommended install creates a binary without version&comment flags

Maybe it is better to add a small script that will build&install easyjson with version info

Thanks for the report! A separate install script would work, but it adds an extra step users have to know about and run instead of just go install.

Instead, I added a fallback in versionInfo() that uses runtime/debug.ReadBuildInfo() when Version/Commit are left at their build-time defaults. , go install pkg@version automatically embeds the module version and VCS revision into the binary's build info — no ldflags or extra tooling required. So go install github.com/mailru/easyjson/easyjson@v0.9.2 will report version: v0.9.2 out of the box once this ships in a release, while the existing -ldflags values (set by the release Makefile) still take priority when present.
