Recover the Active Vessel when Returning to Space Center #29

If you leave a ship in flight it is destroyed rather than recovered (I actually need to double check. It might just revert time instead). If we can recover that vessel instead of it being destroyed, then awesome. If time is reverted instead then maybe we won't change anything.
