I will add a step by step procedure to contribute to open source so that it goes easy for the people who just started to contribute.

You can work on it too , but i will accept only one PR request. I will accept that PR which have more detailed and clear guidelines for the contributors. Are you ok with that ? if you still want to do it kindly acknowledge me and i will assign it to you as well. Or you can work on other issue of the project.
