parse-xml.readme

The purpose of this python script is to format the data that is stored in the VPG XML export file.

I've created another python script called xml_elements_long.py which is a list of all the known schemas for the XML files that have been created
the script has a number of sub-routines that start at the root element within the XML file and then they drill down to the known child elements, 
these child elements hold the actual VPG data that is stored in the VPG configuration within the ZVM DB.

Usage for the script is as follows:-

./parse-xml.pyExportedSettings_2019-08-31_02-22-44-PM.xml

When completed it will generate a file called ExportedSettings_2019-08-31_02-22-44-PM.xml.csv, this file can then be filtered to find the data for
specific VPG or it can be used to feed into a VPG Create or Update API call.
