Can't manage protected folders

I want to auto-delete files from specific folders. When I do it manually, Mac asks for my fingerprint to confirm these files deletion. And when I set this up with Forel, nothing happens (likely because Forel didn't get permission to edit those folders). But I see no place I can give Forel that permission...
