Wrong OSV Icon coloring under system theme

When the system theme is selected and your default system theme is light, the OSV Icon has the wrong color.

This issue occurs on the dependency risk detail page.

Proposed Solution:
The OSV icon color appears to be static and does not respond to the system theme's palette shifts. To resolve this:

1. Audit Icon Styling: Check the component rendering the OSV icon in the Vulnerability Details section.
2. Apply Theme Variables: Replace any hardcoded hex/RGB color values with the project's standard CSS theme variables (e.g., var(--text-secondary) or var(--brand-osv-color)).
3. SVG Optimization: If the icon is an SVG, ensure it is set to fill="currentColor" so it inherits the appropriate theme color from its wrapper.
4. Test Case: Verify the fix by toggling the system theme between Light and Dark modes in the browser's developer tools.
