Retain modification-specific columns

MaxQuant provides a column for each modification, counting the occurrence of this modification on the Peptide in a row, e.g. {"Phospho(STY)": [1, 0, 2...]}

In addition, there is a probability column for each modification, providing a probability string for each peptide sequence for a specific modification, e.g. {"Phospho(STY) probability": ["T(0.4)HEPEPT(0.6)IDE",...]}

Retain these please.
