Move to KDE infrastructure

kimageannotator is available on the KDE infrastructure, but kcolorpicker is not. This results in kimageannotator not being able to be built with kdesrc-build since the dependencies cannot be built

Hi Nicolas, the KDE guys said that kcolorpicker might be too small to be its own repo so the would like to add it to kcoreaddons. Due to private reasons im currently very limited in time and unable to do it myselfe. Hopefully someone else will have the time to add it or I will do it when I have time again. Regards Damir
