The default entries found in the form under "+ display view..." are not up-to-date

Older versions of these items are shown in the display form template, and when searching also the latest versions are shown, so some entries appear several times with slightly different names/IDs.

Now up-to-date again by simply updating the template. But we need to find a general solution to this...
