Subject: [PATCH] PRDCT-663: drop the Public Beta wording from the Kai section

The Beta pill on the Kai button retires 2026-09-15 (Jordan, 2026-08-21
call). Same scrub PR #1071 applied to the getting-started arc: drop the
Beta clause, keep enablement/gating facts, no new status word. The
"free during the public beta period" claim is removed with a
VERIFY(Jordan) flag instead of inventing post-beta pricing.
